Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Examine the foreign exchange market including spot rate and forward rate, and understand how the exchange rate is determined.
2.
Identify and use appropriate financial tools and techniques to estimate the foreign exchange rate and manage the foreign exchange risk.
3.
Investigate the relationship between interest rates and exchange rates, and prices and exchange rates using international parity conditions.
4.
Understand how to raise long-term debt and equity capital for multinational corporations in the international market.
5.
Extend the risk and return profile to develop investment portfolios in an international context.
